چکیده
In this work, geometrically nonlinear static bending analysis of sandwich beams with a porous core and two skins made functionally graded materials using mesh-free method is presented. The material types the face sheets beam are chosen so that continuity between layers guaranteed. governing equation including geometric nonlinearity established via principle virtual work. This discretized into system algebraic equations by approach, which based on C1 point interpolation polynomial basis functions, then solved direct iterative method. convergence tested to determine sufficient mesh level for analysis. Comparative comprehensive studies performed investigate both correctness influences several important parameters boundary conditions linear deflections beam.

متن کاملBending, Buckling and Vibration of a Functionally Graded Porous Beam Using Finite Elements
This study presents the effect of porosity on mechanical behaviors of a power distribution functionally graded beam. The Euler-Bernoulli beam is assumed to describe the kinematic relations and constitutive equations. Because of technical problems, particle size shapes and micro-voids are created during the fabrication which should be taken into consideration. Two porosity models are proposed. T...
